Location & Contract
Location: Ruislip, Greater London, GB, HA4 6NG. Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per year, dependent on experience.
About the Role
As Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire a multi‑disciplinary team and specialist contractors to deliver high‑quality repairs, maintenance and servicing. You will manage performance and budget targets, driving value for money while ensuring safety and compliance remain at the forefront. You will ensure area‑related key KPIs month on month.
You will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of the repairs service, including out‑of‑hours coverage and complex case management, using data and insight to monitor performance, identify trends and implement improvements that make a real impact.
Creating a positive and high‑performing culture will be key to your success. You will coach and support your team to reach their potential, while working collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver on our commitments and continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
You will take ownership of profit and loss performance, ensuring financial and operational efficiency, and will be trained and appointed as the responsible person for legionella and asbestos management.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multi‑disciplinary team and contractor networks.
* Ensure delivery of repairs and maintenance services to high standards.
* Track and report performance against KPIs and budgets.
* Manage out‑of‑hours coverage and complex case management.
* Coach and develop team to build a positive culture.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety, legionella, asbestos and quality assurance.
* Manage profit and loss to meet financial targets.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven track record of managing repairs and maintenance services in a property or housing environment.
* Strong leadership and experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and contractor networks.
* Sound understanding of health and safety, compliance, and quality assurance.
* Experience managing budgets and reporting performance.
* Profound communication and collaboration skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
* Relevant professional qualifications such as CIOB or RICS. Health and safety qualification such as NEBOSH, IOSH or SMSTS is desirable. Prior experience as a responsible person is a plus.
