ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Partnerships Executive will support Reflo’s partnership strategy by managing relationships with sports teams and events. This is a hands-on role focused on the execution of partnership projects, delivering excellent service, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management:
* Support the partnership managers with the contract delivery of teams and events as and when required.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, supporting communication on brand messaging, promotions, product updates, and more.
* Own data validation for partner and customer information to ensure data integrity across the business.
Partnership Management:
* Manage execution of multiple partnership projects, working alongside marketing and sales teams to deliver high-quality results.
* Help identify and capitalise on opportunities to enhance partnerships, aligning with Reflo’s sustainability mission.
Project and Delivery Oversight:
* Collaborate with the product and production teams to ensure partner requirements are met, including forecasting and approvals.
* Monitor timelines and critical paths to ensure apparel and partnership deliverables are completed to schedule.
* Raise and manage orders through Reflo’s internal ERP system, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and clear communication between departments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work with marketing to optimise the activation of partnership rights and campaigns.
* Support logistics to coordinate the seamless booking, collection, and shipment of orders.
* Help finance track costs and manage invoicing processes.
Growth & Business Development:
* Support acquisition of new partnership opportunities that align with Reflo’s mission and commercial goals.
* Assist in preparing proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential partners.
* Represent Reflo at industry events, matches, and activations to strengthen visibility and relationships
General Duties:
* Represent Reflo at events to strengthen relationships and gather insights.
* Contribute to internal process improvements for the partnerships team.
ABOUT YOU
ESSENTIALS
* 3+ years’ experience in partnerships, account management, or sports marketing (apparel, sportswear, or consumer brand experience preferred).
* Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A natural collaborator who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
* Passionate about sports, sustainability, and creating meaningful impact.
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities with agility.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for events, activations, or meetings.
