Why Join Us?
We are an independently owned dental practice, part of a group of six, accredited with BDA Good Practice and Denplan Excel. Our Caerphilly team delivers a wide range of general and cosmetic treatments, including implants, oral surgery, orthodontics, and advanced restorative care.
As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a vital role in making every visit a positive and professional experience.
What You'll Be Doing:

* Booking appointments, managing diaries, and handling cancellations
* Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries with care and clarity
* Managing patient records and ensuring accuracy on our dental software (SOE/EXACT)
* Handling payments, invoicing, and processing NHS and private claims
* Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks
* Ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and a calm approach at all times
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Is confident using computers and ideally experienced with dental software (SOE/EXACT preferred, but training provided)
* Can multitask in a busy, patient-facing environment
* Has a can-do attitude and takes pride in delivering great customer service
* Is reliable, proactive, and works well as part of a team
Previous dental or medical receptionist experience is desirable but not essential—personality, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.
What We Offer:
* Friendly, supportive team environment
* Free uniform
* Free gym membership
* Access to Simplyhealth for health and wellbeing support
* Monthly team socials and bonding activities
* Ongoing training and development opportunities
* Career progression pathways within our growing group
