Reception Teacher – Temporary Role | Sidcup | Start Date: June 2025
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Reception Teacher to join a nurturing and community-focused primary setting in Sidcup. Rooted in strong pastoral care and academic foundations, this school provides a calm and inclusive environment where children are supported to flourish both personally and academically.
We are working with the school to find a teacher who shares their commitment to fostering curiosity, independence and a lifelong love of learning in the early years. The role will begin in June 2025 and run until the end of the academic year in July 2025.
The successful candidate will:
* Hold QTS and have relevant experience teaching in Early Years
* Be confident planning, delivering and assessing high-quality, engaging lessons
* Demonstrate effective classroom management and a supportive approach to pupil development
* Be responsible for marking, reporting and all other class teacher duties as required
This is a full-time, temporary position and would suit a Reception specialist seeking a short-term role in a well-established, values-led environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
