Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Biased) 40k-45k Newtownabbey We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems. This is a key role within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment, ensuring that machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standard and downtime is minimised. The Role Carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on a wide range of machinery, including galvanising lines, powder coating systems, conveyors, cranes, ovens, compressors, and extraction systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults to minimise downtime. Essential Criteria NVQ Level 3 / ONC / HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Multi-skilled background with both mechanical and electrical competencies. Proven maintenance experience in a heavy manufacturing environment (experience with galvanising/powder coating highly advantageous).
