What You’ll Do
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multiple NPD projects on time and within scope.
* Define and drive our culinary and product development vision.
* Oversee quality assurance and technical compliance for all products.
* Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to bring concepts to market.
* Maintain insight into market trends and technologies to shape future innovation.
* Apply strong project management skills to ensure robust processes and timely delivery.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in developing and manufacturing high-quality food products within FMCG.
* Strong culinary expertise and ability to scale concepts commercially.
* Knowledge of food legislation, technical standards, and quality assurance.
* Leadership experience managing NPD and technical teams.
* Experience with outsourced or contract manufacturing environments.
* Exceptional project management capability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
