To provide proactive, flexible, and effective reward and benefit advice and guidance to the FirstPort Group. Responsible for maintaining the integrity, security, and quality of data related to our reward and benefit offerings.
Manage reward and benefit policies and processes, develop additional compensation and reward opportunities, and foster excellent relationships with our Partners.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic and Operational
* Lead the Annual Benefits Window for voluntary benefits, including communication, benefits verification, and membership data management.
* Manage annual benefit renewals such as Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection, and Health Assessments.
* Prepare and oversee the annual salary review process, including data preparation and approval materials.
* Propose and implement new benefit options and providers.
* Integrate benefits schemes from acquisitions and TUPE transfers.
* Provide advice on policies and best practices.
* Manage the company car fleet, including car movements and license checks.
* Prepare Benefits P11D data.
* Manage internal recognition platform membership.
* Serve as the key contact for vendors and employees regarding benefits eligibility and coverage.
* Collaborate with the Head of People Experience on reward and benefits advisement and escalate issues as needed.
Management Information & Data
* Provide regular management information and data to support the reward strategy.
Communication
* Create benefit communications for new hires and ongoing benefits updates.
* Lead benefit events to promote existing benefits and improve offerings.
Relationship Management
* Support the development of relationships with third-party suppliers and monitor performance against SLAs.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including HR, Payroll, and Legal.
* Participate in third-party user groups and represent FirstPort effectively.
Team Collaboration
The People team, FirstPort Employees, third parties, and Finance.
