As People Operations Manager, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and inductions through to employee relations, probation reviews, appraisals, reporting, and delivery of the teams operational plans.
You will be instrumental in embedding the organisations culture and core values across the business.
Key responsibilities include: Managing and maintaining the HR system Supporting the Head of People with the review and updating of HR policies and procedures Coaching, mentoring, and supporting colleagues to identify strengths and development needs Managing employee relations issues and wider people matters as they arise Providing guidance and support to the People Administration team You will be an experienced HR Generalist with a passion for wellbeing and people development.
Youll have prior experience managing a People/HR team, a strong and up-to-date knowledge of employment law, and ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified.
