Responsibilities
* Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to customer preferences.
* Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
* Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor food production processes to maintain consistency in taste and quality.
* Assist in the planning of special events and catering services as required.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
* Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Previous experience in restaurant settings is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 30 per week
