The role is to oversee the final set up andday to day running of an exciting new 110 cover restaurant and barconcept. The food style is very high quality freshly prepared smallplates with a Mexican Inspiration complimented by a premiumbar/Agaveria serving mostly Tequila based cocktails andcomplimentary drinks to the very highest standards. The Agaveriawill have it own unique brand range of ultra premium Tequilasourced directly from one of the worlds top producers. This is a UKfirst for any restaurant.
The venue is freshupscale and effortlessly cool (hence our name!) and introduces anew concept to the UK in extremely high quality but accessiblecasual dining and drinking with exemplary levels of customerservice and engagement.
You will need to beexperienced running a similar sized bar and will be supported witha full technology suite to enable the efficient management of allaspects of the busy bar service. Any experience in Agave based barsor drinks or high end cocktail making will be an advantage but notessential if supported by the right attitude to learn.The role ofthe Bar Manager above this will also be to ensure that the team isfunctioning at a high level and in a environment that is fun forboth staff and customers alike. You will need an extremely positiveattitude and be all about the customer experience. All members ofthe team need to be bought into the brand rather than just turningup to work the Bar Managerwill play a large part in helping buildthis culture supported by the rest of the management team and theManaging Director.
