This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a secure environment and requires a candidate with a strong technical background and the ability to work under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line technical support across a secure infrastructure Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Escalate complex problems to 3rd line or specialist teams where necessary Maintain documentation and update support tickets Support patching, upgrades, and deployments as needed Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards Essential Skills & Experience: Active DV clearance (Developed Vetting - essential) Proven experience in a 2nd line support role Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and basic networking Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Desirable: Experience working in a secure, government or defence-related environment Certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft (MCP/MCSA) TO BE CONSIDERED.
