In this new position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of renewable products. Therefore, previous sales experience in a similar role within a builder’s merchant or a similar environment is ESSENTIAL.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Providing quotations for customers and presenting the benefits of our renewable energy systems/products.
* Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone.
* Providing excellent customer service and sound product advice.
* Taking a proactive approach to building product sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale.
* Using a customer relationship management system (CRM) to manage a portfolio of 50+ customers.
* Generating new business with existing and new customers.
* Upselling and gap analysis on existing customers.
* Qualifying leads.
* Following up on quotes.
Qualifications and Skills
* Motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, self-driven, with a positive attitude.
* Sound renewable product knowledge is essential.
* Proven track record in renewable energy product sales.
* Passionate and knowledgeable about renewable energy products.
* A proactive people person capable of promoting and selling renewable energy solutions.
* Ability to build strong customer relationships.
* Good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
