I'm looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to research vendors from a specific source and organize them into an existing Canva guide.

All vendors will come from a Chamber Business Directory

This is an organized business listing of local companies.
Scope of Work
You will:
Pull Vendors From the Chamber Directory and match to Canva File Vendor Categories
Extract business names from the provided directory
Confirm the business type
Refine Categorization
Your job is to:
Refine category compared to Canva file when necessary (example: identify attorney specialties)
Curate Based on Quality
Check Google and Yelp reviews
Prioritize highly rated, well-reviewed businesses
This is a curated list, not a full directory - 2-4 vendors per category total
Edit an Existing Canva File
Add vendors into the correct sections
Maintain the existing design and formatting
Ideal Candidate
Comfortable with Canva
Strong researcher
Able to evaluate business quality quickly
Detail-oriented and organized
Fluent in English
Bonus:
Experience with directories or vendor guides
Real estate or lifestyle brand experience
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
