We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor to become a key part of our client’s dedicated aftersales team. The ideal individual will bring a customer-focused approach and previous experience in a similar position to ensure smooth operations and high levels of client satisfaction.

1. Up to £30,000 basic salary with achievable bonus potential, £37,000 OTE

Duties of the Senior Service Advisor:
11. Act as the primary point of contact for service customers, managing their bookings and queries professionally
12. Offer expert advice on vehicle repairs and maintenance requirements
13. Keep customers informed throughout the service process, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
14. Coordinate with workshop teams for efficient scheduling and job completion
15. Accurately process invoices and payments
16. Promote additional services and products when appropriate to enhance customer experience
Requirements of the Senior Service Advisor:
17. Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
19. Strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service
20. Good organisational abilities and attention to detail
21. Familiarity with dealership management systems is desirable
22. Full UK driving licence is preferred
