At CareTech, we’re looking for a Bank Support Worker to join our team in Streatham. This is a flexible, rewarding role where you’ll provide essential support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or physical disabilities, helping them live as independently and comfortably as possible.
The Role
As a Bank Support Worker, you will:
Support service users with personal care, daily routines, meal preparation, and household tasks
Provide one-to-one support tailored to individual needs
Encourage independence, life skills, and social inclusion
Promote emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes
Work as part of a dedicated, professional team to maintain high standards of care
This role offers flexibility — you can choose shifts that fit your lifestyle, including evenings, weekends, and occasional nights.
