We are working with a forward-thinking primary school in High Wycombe that is seeking several graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team ASAP or after October half term.
This is a full-time, long-term role ideal for graduates looking to gain relevant, paid experience before progressing into further study or professional training.

Role: Mental Health Assistant / Teaching Assistant
Location: High Wycombe
Start Date: ASAP/ October half term
Contract: Full-time, long-term (minimum 12 months)
Focus Areas: SEMH, Autism, Behavioural Needs, Emotional Regulation
Ideal for: Psychology / Criminology graduates What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting students with Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Assisting in the classroom and running small group or one-to-one interventions
Building positive relationships and offering consistent, structured support
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and other specialists
Gaining practical experience that supports your future career in psychology, education, or therapy Who We're Looking For:
A recent or soon-to-be graduate (Psychology, Criminology or related field)
A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
Some experience with children (e.g., in schools, youth work, volunteering) is helpful but not essential
Committed to working with the school for at least one academic year
