Director, Military & Government Sales

We are seeking an experienced Director of Military & Government Sales to lead business development, establish strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth within global military and government sectors. Reporting to the Chief of Government, Sales & Engagement, this role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and deep industry knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading business development efforts with Ministries of Defence and expanding strategic accounts.
2. Building and maintaining a robust pipeline aligned with 2026–2030 growth strategies.
3. Driving proposal efforts and securing contracts through bid management.
4. Supporting US Department of Defence programs and strengthening relationships with operational counterparts.
5. Representing AALTO at international forums and customer presentations.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven success in securing government and defence contracts.
* Deep understanding of the global defence environment.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
* Experience in bid management, cost estimation, and negotiations.
* Security clearance and familiarity with defence compliance processes.
