<div><h3>Group Recruitment Manager</h3><p><b>Application Deadline: </b>10 July 2026</p><p><b>Department: </b>Finance</p><p><b>Employment Type: </b>Full Time</p><p><b>Location: </b>Kingsway UK</p><p><b>Compensation: </b>£40,000 - £45,000 / year</p><h3>Description</h3><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We’re looking for a hands‑on Group Recruitment Manager to lead fast‑paced hiring across the UK, Europe, and USA as we continue to scale globally.</p><p>This role suits someone with a strong recruitment background (in‑house, agency, or RPO) who enjoys owning the full talent acquisition lifecycle and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll combine workforce planning with day‑to‑day operational delivery, taking an autonomous approach to resourcing while contributing towards our long‑term recruitment strategy.</p><p>You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to support ambitious growth plans and will personally manage UK and European hiring, using a mix of local and national job boards, platforms, and proactive sourcing.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with Employment Law and GDPR</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to create effective job adverts and person specifications aligned with business needs</li><li>Coordinate with advertising providers, agencies, and contractors to maximise visibility and reach of job postings</li><li>Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including direct outreach and talent pooling</li><li>Screen CVs and conduct initial calls, creating strong shortlists and coordinating interviews</li><li>Oversee offer management and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate journey</li><li>Maintain and optimise the ATS, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and recruitment metrics</li><li>Lead process reviews and continuous improvements to enhance candidate experience and service delivery</li><li>Ensure compliance checks such as Right to Work, references, and DBS are completed accurately and on time</li></ul><h3>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</h3><h3>Essential</h3><ul><li>3+ years’ experience in recruitment (in‑house, agency, or RPO) or a similar Talent Acquisition role</li><li>Strong understanding of UK Employment Law fundamentals</li><li>Experience handling confidential and sensitive information</li><li>High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills</li><li>Strong IT capability, including ATS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to work on‑site 5 days per week</li></ul><h3>Desirable</h3><ul><li>Experience managing people</li><li>Experience with international recruitment processes</li><li>Background in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment</li></ul><h3>Personal Attributes</h3><ul><li>Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive, "get stuck in" approach</li><li>Process‑driven with the ability to manage multiple projects accurately</li><li>Adaptable and comfortable with change in a growing organisation</li><li>Highly organised with a people‑focused mindset</li><li>Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>A creative, fast‑moving environment</li><li>Autonomy to develop the role and improve processes</li><li>Exposure to international recruitment activities</li><li>Supportive team with opportunities for growth and development</li><li>Free on‑site parking</li><li>On‑site gym</li><li>Family & friends discount on Corston products</li><li>25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays</li><li>4% employer pension contribution (5% employee)</li><li>Life cover at 4x salary</li><li>Opportunity to work in a high‑end, internationally expanding business with strong career progression potential</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>We operate as a fully on‑site business because we believe collaboration is strongest when we work together.
