Reynco Ltd is supporting an industry leading manufacturer with the appointment of a Technical Coordinator to support their growing technical team. The Technical Coordinator will report into the Technical Team Leader and will be responsible for producing technical detailing for specification and providing support and assistance to customers such as (Architects, Installers, Engineers, End-Users) across bespoke technical queries relating to the company’s product range, applications and installation.
Remuneration
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 (dependant on experience)
Benefits: 24 days holiday (rising to 26 with length of service), healthcare scheme, generous pension contribution & ongoing development.
Location: Wigan, Greater Manchester area
Key Role Responsibilities:
· Support design detailing for specification
· Provide technical advice and information to customers.
· Manage queries and solve inquiry response over phone and email.
· Detailed support for a defined technical area of product expertise.
· Conduct technical calculations for bespoke customer design requirements and specifications, advising on performance against current industry regulations.
· Collaborate with internal teams, providing guidance and training across products
· Support the Technical Team with proofreading product information and creating technical content for specification literature.
· Remain up to date with the latest technical and legislative changes related to all product offerings.
Experience Required:
· Technical understanding within roofing, building envelope, construction or similar industry sector is crucial.
· Experience reading and understanding technical drawings
· Application of technical calculations
· Acumen in mathematics
· Exceptional customer service and problem-solving ability
· Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage/prioritise own workload
