Role: Installation Project Coordinator
Length: 6 Months +
Location: Hybrid –Staines / London (1 day per week)
Rate: £135 per day (Inside IR35)
* Take Ownership of the lifecycle of Professional Services Installation bookings within EMEA & LATAM region.
* Collaborate with internal departments to execute and drive installation projects through to completion.
* Ensure the implementation of activities are coordinated with internal and external partner resources.
* Act as a primary interface to the customer, vendor and all internal stakeholders associated with the engagement.
* Work to provide high level of service while working to SLA’s
* Ownership of project budget and tracking of margin.
* Responsible for maintaining support applications: Salesforce CRM, Field Service Lightning, NetSuite.
* Forecasting and tracking quarterly revenue.
Experience Required.
* Be organized and highly detail oriented.
* Ability to work on multiple engagement and priorities.
* Flexibility supporting multiple time zones.
* Comfortable working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
* Possess basic finance knowledge.
* Self-starter
* Strong interpersonal skills including ability to tactfully respond to scheduling requests and provide alternative suggestions.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Experience of scheduling professional services engagements would be advantageous.
* Experience of MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Experience of Google Suite (Gmail, G-Calendar, G-Drive) is desirable.
* Experience of Salesforce or Lucid Charts beneficial not essential.
