Description About the role Our Safe Neighbourhoods and Support Service are looking for a Safe Neighbourhoods Assistant to join their team in Oldham on a full‑time, permanent basis. The Safe Neighbourhoods and Support Service is a specialist team responsible for managing complex anti-social behaviour cases, legal matters, fraud, domestic abuse, safeguarding concerns and wider support needs to help customers maintain a safe and secure home. In this role you will support the team by allocating cases, managing the initial contact with residents who report noise nuisance, and providing administrative support such as raising purchase orders. You will work closely with a team of skilled Safe Neighbourhood Officers who are based both in the office and in the field. The role is hybrid, with your time split between the office and days working from home. Desirable: An understanding of social housing.
