Overview
Permanent, 40 hours per week. Hours between 6am and 6pm, to be agreed on a local basis. Possible overtime available.

Role Accountabilities
* To assist with all site operations whenever required including assisting in the treatment of waste materials and site maintenance.
* The successful candidate will assist in the running, maintenance and housekeeping of the site.
* To help ensure the plant is maintained and operational.
* To operate the plant in a safe and efficient manner, using the correct Personal Protective Equipment and working within the Standard Operating Procedures.
* To help ensure the site is kept in a clean, tidy and organised condition.
* To help ensure that all site activities are carried out in full compliance with the Company's S.H.E. policies and all Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and regulations in order that the operations at the site do not negatively impact on human health, the environment or public amenity.
* To co-operate with site management in improving operating standards and adopt a flexible approach to site tasks.
* To actively participate in maintaining site housekeeping standards by dealing with issues within personal span of control immediately and reporting all other issues to site management.
* To assist in the development and improvement of site activities, processes and procedures.
* Ability to apply common sense to good industrial practice.
* Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when unsure.
* Good communication skills.
* Consistent & methodical approach to work.
* Flexible and co-operative attitude and approach.
* Ability to work in a team or individually. Ability to self-supervise.
* Operate the site forklift, site hook loader lorry and site tanker (Training provided).
* Opportunity to gain a WAMITAB qualification if desired.
* Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required at times, to provide cover at other CSG depots. Travel and accommodation provided.
The Candidate
* Health and Safety Knowledge / Experience.
* Full Clean Driving Licence.
* Forklift Counterbalance licence would be an advantage but not essential.
* Computer Literate.
* Good attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
