Salary: £27,000 (rising to £30,000 if taken on permanently)

The Role:
Howells is working with a leading fire door manufacturer and installer to recruit a proactive Project Administrator to join their team based near Erith. This role focuses on repairs and maintenance within social housing properties. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the planning team, and coordinating engineers' schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support to the branch
* Assist the planning team in booking repairs and maintenance into engineers' diaries
* Manage correspondence and maintain accurate records
* Liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring excellent customer service
