Salary: £36,000 circa

As Junior Finance Business Partner, you will be at the heart of financial decision-making. This position is well-suited to part-qualified Accountants, Management Accountants, FP&A specialists, or Finance Business Partners, offering opportunities for professional growth.

The role of the Junior Finance Business Partner
* Work closely with the Senior Finance Partner to develop budgets, forecasts and financial plans
* Partner with non-finance teams to improve financial understanding and compliance
* Contribute to the success of strategic initiatives through data-driven insights
* Support the Senior Finance Partner in completion of month end reporting requirements
* Provision of data for the annual audit process
* Complete weekly departments KPI report
The ideal candidate for the Junior Finance Business Partner
* Part qualified accountant of a recognised body or equivalent
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Excel and financial software
* A proactive and collaborative approach, with a keen eye for detail
