Tatic Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Battersea / Wandsworth (SW18)
Salary: £50,000
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to be based at a high-end residential development in the Battersea/Wandsworth area. This is a site-based role focused on the servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of air conditioning systems, with a strong emphasis on Daikin equipment. The position offers a stable working environment with no call-out requirement and consistent working hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on AC units efficiently
* Service and maintain VRF systems, condensers, and apartment indoor units
* Work predominantly on Daikin systems using on-site service checker tools
* Ensure all systems are operating efficiently and in line with manufacturer guidelines
* Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work carried out
* Liaise with site management and residents where required
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times

* Daikin VRF systems
* Condensers
* Apartment indoor units
* No chillers on site
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer in a commercial or residential setting
* Strong working knowledge of Daikin systems (essential)
* Experience using Daikin Service Checker (highly desirable)
* F-Gas qualification (essential)
* Ability to fault-find and diagnose issues independently
* Good communication skills and a professional approach
Package
* Salary: £50,000
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Holiday: 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
* Call-Out: None
* Stable, long-term static site role
