They’re now looking for a Sales Administrator to join their thriving team — someone who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while offering a warm, confident point of contact. This isn’t just admin — it’s about being a vital link between the sales team and the client.
You'll be the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes — the calm, capable presence who makes the sales team look seamless and the client experience feel effortless.
From preparing sharp-looking sales materials and launching properties to market, to keeping clients informed and confident throughout the process, you’ll be right at the heart of the action.
No two days are quite the same — one moment you’ll be coordinating viewings, the next, fine-tuning a listing or sorting out the finer details that make everything tick.
You’re calm under pressure, great at spinning plates, and always one step ahead when it comes to planning and prioritising.
You’re happy working as part of a close-knit team, but just as comfortable taking the reins when something needs sorting.
You might have experience in property, legal, hospitality or another people-focused role — and you’re no stranger to CRMs, cloud calendars or formatting a well-presented document. And if you’ve worked in or around estate agency before, that’s a bonus (but not a deal-breaker — full training is provided).

Commission pay structure
~ Monday to Friday working – no regular weekend commitment
~ Additional leave or paid time off when occasional weekend cover is required

This is full time position based in Cambridge, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.
