About the Role: As a Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs in a nurturing, safe, and structured environment. You will manage and support a team of residential support workers, ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered while promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in your care.
