Responsibilities:
5. Provide phone, chat, and portal-based support to resolve customer inquiries
6. Resolve the majority of customer issues at the first point of contact
7. Educate customers on platform best practices and resolve basic technical issues
8. Troubleshoot complex software or connection issues via screen share
9. Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support teams
10. Meet and exceed service KPIs consistently
11. Identify and report on recurring customer issues
12. Contribute to internal knowledge bases and customer help materials
Requirements:
13. 3+ years of experience in Customer Support within the SaaS field
14. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
15. Based in Austin, TX and eligible to work in the
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
17. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
18. Comfort with customer service tools and software platforms
