Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Advisor located in Belfast, with some work carried out from home. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, maintaining customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries effectively over the phone, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing and maintaining customer records accurately.
Qualifications
* Exceptional Customer-focused Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
* Strong Customer Support and Customer Service abilities
* Proficiency in maintaining accurate customer records
* Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
* Previous experience in the insurance industry and using Open GI is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
