Modality Partnership Walsall Division Harden Blakenhall Family Practice are seeking a part‑time (5 sessions) dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our healthcare team who will embrace our partnership values on: Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (CARE).
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. The role is a patient‑centred role delivered from your nominated practice site.
The postholder will need to confidently evidence key skills such as excellent verbal and written communication skills, clinical skills, and empowering patients to manage their individual health conditions.
The usual duties of a salaried GP will include patient care through regular appointments, home visits, and the general administration for patient care.
The postholder will work in collaboration with their local practice team, engaging the use of the associated roles that are attached to the practice.
The General Practitioner will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care in a supportive environment.
We are the largest GP super‑partnerships in the UK, with a list size of 450,000 patients and a multi‑disciplinary workforce of 1,500 staff. We are unique, always looking at ways to improve our delivery of services through the implementation of new and innovative solutions that we can scale across the organisation.
Recent innovations include the use of robots to facilitate the remote filing of blood results and the development of a document management team. These new initiatives are underpinned by our governance team to ensure patient safety.
