Our client is an award-winning company that offers a variety of insurance products mainly to the automotive industry.
Based in bright, open-plan offices in Harlow, you will be joining an established and happy team!
We are looking for customer service professionals with great personalities to join the Claims Team in various roles – both customer-focused and some administrative duties.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing claims from policyholders, guiding them through the entire claims process, ensuring they understand the procedure and what to expect next.
Other duties include:
* Providing accurate claims advice across a range of products
* Resolving claims via telephone, fax, email, and online platforms
* Maintaining company service levels
* Supporting the Sales team with accurate and timely information
* Delivering professional and friendly service
* Producing reports/spreadsheets on claims issues/queries upon request
The ideal candidate:
* Has excellent customer service experience in an office environment
* Possesses strong communication skills, especially over the phone
* Can work effectively under pressure
* Has good IT skills
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm, with one in every three Saturday mornings, 9 am – 12:30 pm.
