The site welcomes 300,000 people a year, most of which will head up England’s highest mountain, Scafell Pike.The Lakes has led the way in helping people enjoy the outdoors for years and the rest of the country has looked to us when developing their own offer. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
