We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to join our successful team to deliver excellent training in the community. In this exciting role, the post holder will work with the service's management team to develop and deliver high‑quality training and development for our teams. You will demonstrate a proactive approach to support and a willingness to adapt and change as we develop new innovations and challenges within the sector.

My Options – Activity Wellbeing and Care Services is part of Telford & Wrekin Council and provides a wide range of person‑centred support to over 350 people of all ages and abilities. We deliver Community Activity and Wellbeing services, Community support for people living in their own or shared accommodation, a Successful Shared Lives Scheme, a range of services for children and young people, and the Skills and Enterprise Hub where people can develop their skills and confidence as a stepping stone to work.
