Real Estate Legal Assistant | £26,000-30,000 | Leeds
Our clients are looking for a Legal Assistant to join their large, friendly and supportive environment. Their Real Estate department delivers expertise advise in a practical, commercial and rational way. They deal with a very broad range of real estate work, including acquisitions, sales, lettings, refinancing, option agreements, development agreements, and strategic property advice.
The Candidate
* Experience with a similar role within a busy Real Estate team.
* Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
* Ability to organise, prioritise, and manage workloads effectively.
* Confident communication skills, to liaise with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
* Collaborative, team-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
