Job Title: Junior Account Executive
Location: Wellingborough (Office-based with hybrid flexibility post-probation)
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 DOE

Role Summary:
You’ll begin by managing and developing an established book of business, typically personal lines, sole traders, and SME risks under £5000 premium with exposure to motor trade, haulage, liability, and more. You’ll handle around 30–40 renewals a month while supporting senior Account Executives with smaller policy servicing gain exposure.
