Tradewind Recruitment are working with a well-established specialist school in Stockport supporting pupils with autism and complex learning needs.
This is a highly structured, supportive environment with small class sizes, sensory facilities, and a strong focus on routine and communication.
The role:
* Supporting pupils with autism on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff
* Helping manage routines, transitions, and communication needs
We're looking for:
* Experience with autism (school, care, or personal experience)
* Calm, patient and consistent approach
* Someone comfortable working in a structured SEND setting
Ideal backgrounds:
* Teaching Assistant
* Support Worker
* Psychology graduate
