We’re now looking to appoint a Senior Business Development Manager (Recruitment) to join our Blue Collar division in London. This is a senior role focused on driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and delivering tailored labour supply solutions across the construction industry. Key Responsibilities Lead business development activity within the Blue Collar construction market, identifying new opportunities and winning key accounts. Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and repeat business. Work closely with operational and delivery teams to guarantee consistent, high-quality candidate supply. Provide market insight and strategic input to shape divisional growth plans. Represent O’Neill & Brennan as a trusted recruitment partner within the construction sector. Requirements Proven experience in recruitment business development or account management — ideally within construction labour supply / Blue Collar recruitment. Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a track record of delivering revenue growth. Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work autonomously within a supportive team environment. Well-organised with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
