Staffline Recruitment are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our Client manufacturing team in Castledawson.
Job Duties
As a Fitter, you will be responsible for:
Assembly and fitting of manufactured and purchased components
Using both manual and powered hand tools
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Ensuring safe and controlled movement of production parts
Collaborating with the team to support continuous improvement initiatives
Experience & Qualifications Required
Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical fitting or a similar manufacturing role
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Full clean driving licence
Experience working in an ISO 9001:2008 quality-controlled environment
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in a similar manufacturing environment
Familiarity with fitting electrical and hydraulic systems
MIG and stick welding skills
CSR Health & Safety card
First Aid training
