Job Description:
As a sporting coordinator, you will be responsible for the operational and sporting coordination of the Junior World Rally Championship.
You will also support the organisation and development of the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC). This role offers the opportunity to play an active part in the strategic evolution of both championships and contribute to the excellence of FIA rallying worldwide.
You will report to the WRC Category Manager.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
* Sporting coordination – WRC: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, manage registrations, oversee accreditation, ensure document compliance, and propose improvements.
* Event support – JWRC (max 6 events/year): Act as FIA Championship coordinator, assess on-site conditions, report post-events, liaise with stakeholders.
* Delegate coordination: Communicate with FIA delegates and consultants.
* Reporting: Collect reports from officials, support governance, prepare meetings, draft regulations, and organize seminars.
* Championship calendar management: Monitor and review calendar submissions.
* Communication and website coordination: Update fia.com with championship info, standings, and classifications.
PROFILE:
* University degree in Sports Management or related field.
* Strong rallying knowledge.
* Experience as co-driver, team coordinator, or event organiser is a plus.
* Familiarity with FIA regulations.
* Fluency in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder interaction.
* Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
