💻 The Roles
* Lead Engineer – £110k–£115k + 10–15% bonus + excellent package
🌍 Location
* Hybrid - London - x1 day a week on-site
⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and evolving a modern Ruby on Rails mortgage platform
* Designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems used at real-world scale
* Working in product-aligned, empowered teams with true ownership
* Driving CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation across the stack
* (Lead) Setting technical direction and mentoring engineers
🛠️ Tech Stack
Ruby on Rails | MySQL | JavaScript (React desirable) | CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab) | Cloud (Azure)

* Strong Ruby on Rails experience (MVC, APIs)
* Solid grounding in software engineering best practices
* Experience with agile, DevOps, and modern delivery models
* Passion for building high-quality, secure, production-ready systems
