This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, proactive and confident using Microsoft Office, who enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team and making a real impact behind the scenes.If youre detail-focused, enjoy variety in your role and are looking to build your experience within a professional office environment, wed love to hear from you!About the role:£12.75 per hourLocation: Cedar Villa, OmaghMonday to Friday (9am - 5pm)37.5 hours a weekUp to 3 months initiallyPlease note closing date for this vacancy is 12 noon on Thursday 21st May 2026 - however you can register your interest for other upcoming vacancies by applying todayWhat you'll be doing in this role:Provide administrative and contract support to the Contracting Services TeamAssist with the development, review and maintenance of health and social care contractsSupport contract renewals and updates in line with legislation and standardsMaintain contract monitoring systems, spreadsheets and reportsMonitor service activity and financial targetsManage diaries, appointments and office suppliesPrepare correspondence, reports and general documentationMaintain filing systems and distribute information via emailCreate and update spreadsheets using Microsoft ExcelHandle telephone enquiries and incoming/outgoing mailCarry out general office administration duties including photocopying and bindingWhat you'll need for this role:5 GCSEs including English and Maths And 1 years experience working in an administration and clerical environment.Or 3 years experience working in an administration and clerical environment.Ability to work on own initiative Flexibility Ability to plan effectively to meet deadlinesAbility to organise complex material Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality Good oral and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a teamFiling systems Computer Systems If this sounds like the next step in your career, wed love to hear from you!
