Responsibilities: We maintain, automate and optimise Linux-based systems supporting our cloud-hosted SaaS platform. We provide Linux system administration across Ubuntu and Debian environments. We respond to incidents on-call and support monitoring and system optimisation. We automate provisioning and deployments using Ansible. We support cloud-based SaaS infrastructure and apply security best practices. We maintain technical documentation and internal tooling. We work across both BAU support and continuous improvement initiatives. We collaborate closely within a small, experienced DevOps team.
