Role Summary
UK Connect seeks a Marketing Manager whose prior experience highlights strong strategic leadership, effective stakeholder management, and an ability to oversee agency-led initiatives across events, paid media (trade), creative, digital, and website management. They will be responsible for managing relationships with external marketing agencies to ensure the effective execution of multi-channel campaigns and brand consistency across all marketing activities.

About You
As an ambitious and dynamic individual, you will possess a proven record in ensuring the day-to-day execution of content creation, event planning, digital marketing and direct mail campaigns. You have an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and understand how the marketing function contributes to the strategic growth of the company. You have a passion for creative marketing and a dedication toward excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Briefing & Strategy: Develop clear and well-structured marketing briefs that align with business objectives.
* Creative & Digital Oversight: Ensure agencies deliver high-quality, brand-aligned creative and digital assets.
* Paid Media (Trade) Management: Oversee media buying and placement strategies across trade publications.
* Event Marketing: Help Coordinate with agencies to manage promotional campaigns, sponsorships, and event activations.
* Website & Digital Management: Oversee website content updates, UX improvements and digital marketing initiatives.
* Campaign Feedback & Optimisation: Evaluate agency performance, providing constructive feedback and strategic recommendations.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
* Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications (e.g. certificate, diploma, postgraduate diploma in professional marketing).
Experience
*
o Minimum of 5+ years in Marketing, with experience managing agencies and multi-channel campaigns.
o Experience in events, paid media, digital marketing, and content creation.
o Familiarity with marketing web and automation tools, as well as CRM systems.
