We're representing a client who is looking for an IT Engineer with a Salesforce focus to join their growing technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has a solid grounding in Salesforce administration and wants to build broader technical expertise with the support of a collaborative IT team.
The Role
* Administer, configure, and optimise Salesforce to meet business needs.
* Provide IT support up to 3rd line across hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver improvements.
* Mentor and guide junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice.
* Support end users with Salesforce and other IT tools, delivering training where required.
What We're Looking For (Minimum Requirement)
Salesforce administrative experience and/or certification
Stakeholder management/collaboration experience
(These are essential – everything else can be developed and upskilled in-role)
Additional Skills:
* Knowledge of Apex code and Salesforce integrations (APIs)
* 3rd line IT support experience
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, and cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
* Experience with ITSM platforms and documentation
