About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Administrator to join a busy HR and Recruitment team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in HR and recruitment, with full training and ongoing development provided.
The role is heavily administration-focused, supporting the recruitment of hourly paid site roles. You will play a key part in managing a high volume of applications around 300 per week using the ATS system, while also engaging directly with candidates and supporting the wider HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Reviewing and processing a high volume of applications for hourly paid positions
Screening suitable candidates and progressing them through the recruitment process
Contacting candidates via phone to arrange site interviews
Completing Right to Work (RTW) checks
Maintaining accurate records on the ATS system
Providing general administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team
Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required
About You
You are an organised and driven individual with experience in administration or customer service, looking to take the next step into a career in HR and recruitment. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident handling high volumes of work while maintaining attention to detail.
You enjoy speaking with people, have a positive and professional approach, and are eager to learn and develop new skills. With a supportive manager and structured training in place, you'll be keen to make the most of this opportunity to grow within the business.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in an administration, customer service, or call centre role
Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner
Ability to manage a high workload and prioritise tasks effectively
High attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
