We are recruiting for a confident and proactive HR Advisor to join a growing and well-established business in the East Riding of Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a busy HR team supporting a large operational workforce during a period of continued investment and growth. This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, building strong relationships across the business, and working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. The Role As HR Advisor, you will provide day-to-day support and guidance to managers across a wide range of employee relations matters, while helping to drive engagement, wellbeing and continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Key responsibilities will include: Advising managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters Supporting investigations and employee relations casework Coaching managers on HR policies and procedures Supporting engagement and wellbeing initiatives Assisting with HR reporting, KPIs and people data Supporting ethical audits and compliance activity Contributing to continuous improvement projects across the HR function. About You We are looking for a resilient and people-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
