Job Summary
The Supply Chain System Analyst will play a key role in the Supply Chain organization, supporting existing system solutions and new system implementations. The role may involve acting as a business liaison between Supply Chain, Netcare, and other stakeholders.
Onsite presence is required in Lake Zurich, IL, 3 days per week.
Salary Range: $73,700 - $80,000
Note: Final pay will depend on experience, education, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities
* Provide first-level technical support for Supply Chain systems, including SAP Warehouse Management, Labor Management, Environmental Monitoring, and Tracelink.
* Analyze and report on supply chain system issues.
* Collaborate to specify and improve system processes.
* Support Tracelink for EDI and ASN data flow related to pharmaceutical shipments.
* Assist with system updates, implementations, and administration:
o Generate User Requirements based on business needs.
o Review functional specifications with IT to ensure accurate translation of business needs.
o Participate in project management activities.
o Document process impacts with business partners.
o Execute test scenarios.
o Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for systems.
o Support validation/requalification of GMP/cGMP systems.
o Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or IT.
* Pharmaceutical experience with EDI and ASN for Tracelink is preferred.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Experience with supply chain systems support and maintenance.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience in healthcare or FDA-regulated environments is a plus.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
