Role: Repairs Administrator
Location: Bulford
Hour: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday – full time office based
Salary: Up to £28k per annum

The Role:

As a Repairs Administratr / Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance work across the region. You will manage engineers’ diaries, monitor progress reports, and ensure that properties are ready for new occupants by the agreed move-in dates. Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Track and manage property status updates, ensuring timely completion of maintenance work.
2. Schedule maintenance tasks for direct staff and suppliers using the Voids Tracker.
3. Liaise with suppliers to coordinate specialist repairs.
4. Ensure all required property certifications are obtained before handover.
5. Manage workflows within the CRM system for billing and documentation.
6. Work closely with the Commercial Team to track progress and resolve any issues.
7. Raise purchase orders for supplier works.
8. Provide regular updates to clients and attend daily calls on project status.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, suppliers, and clients.
10. Support the Area Manager with tracking and reporting work progress.
11. Report monthly statistics to the Aldershot Area Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

12. Experience in scheduling within the facilities or maintenance industry.
13. Strong organisational and diary management skills.
14. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
15. Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
16. Confidence in Microsoft 365 and other system-based work.
17. Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
18. Awareness of business operations and associated risks.
