Responsibilities
* Deliver expert therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of young individuals with complex conditions.
* Collaborate closely with educational and residential teams, offering consultation, workshops, and training.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC, with a knack for defining and implementing therapeutic strategies. Experience in supporting teams and creating enriching environments is essential. You will drive initiatives, lead by example, and build robust, effective relationships. A driver’s licence is necessary due to some travel requirements.
