About the role:
We’re seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Representative with a strong track record of closing large-scale enterprise deals. You’ll play a critical role in expanding Halon’s footprint among major enterprise and service providers, driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
Main responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing high-value enterprise contracts.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in large organizations.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success to align client needs with Halon’s solutions.
* Deliver accurate forecasts and meet/exceed ambitious revenue targets.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning Halon as the go-to partner for mission-critical email infrastructure.
What we´re looking for:
* Proven experience as an enterprise sales rep, ideally with a history of selling into high-value enterprise
* Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and resourceful in a scale-up environment.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging at executive level.
* Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
